We have a new neighbor today. The owners of the "park model" looked at that site and the one to the right before making a decision. They measured several times. Then tihs morning in comes the truck and the trailer.

The lower picture is just after arrival. The electrician is also on site and helping with the install. The first of the concrete blocks for support are on the ground and more will be needed.




This scene drew a crowd all day. People came looked and some stayed.


I'll look at some park models that are for sale to see just what they cost. I will add that this site is "leased land". This is not deeded lot. The deeded lots are behind this unit or in the "North" area.

The yearly lease will go for about $2300 per year for a one year lease. For all that is offered here, thats a bargan. Just the month of Janurary it will cost for this site $500. For December, the rate is $300. February and March are in the $500 range.



I would buy one of the deeded lots for the $23,900 and own the land under me.
